摘要
目前中国人口快速老龄化,需要延迟退休来解决一系列社会问题。但政策实施的效果会受到社会各方面因素的影响。为有效提升延退政策推行的实际效果,从我国劳动者个人决策视角出发,对可能影响延退政策施行的因素进行分析,包括因素的影响方式、程度以及诱因等。实证结果显示,女性的延迟退休意愿高于男性;年龄增长和家庭收入会影响延迟退休意愿;健康状况影响退休决策的方式特殊;体力劳动者更可能反对延退政策。
At present,China’s population structure is rapidly aging,and it is necessary to delay retirement to solve a series of social problems.However,the effect of policy implementation will be affected by the feedback from all aspects of society.In order to effectively improve the actual effect of the implementation of the deferred policy,from the perspective of individual decision-making of Chinese workers,the factors that may affect the implementation of the deferred policy are analyzed,including the influencing ways,degrees and inducements of the factors.The empirical results show that women are more willing to delay retirement than men.The increase of age and family income will affect the delayed retirement intention.Health status affects retirement decisions in special ways;Manual workers are more likely to oppose the extension.
