中药走茎华西龙头草活性成分的研究

Study on the Active Components of Chinese Herb Meehania Fargesii(Lévl.)C.Y.Wu var.Radicans(Vaniot)C.Y.Wu

走茎华西龙头草为唇形科龙头草属,民间用全草入药,治风寒感冒,又外敷治蛇伤。为系统性地探究走茎华西龙头草中的活性成分,该文以走茎华西龙头草为材料,应用多种色谱方法如硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱、开放性ODS柱色谱、大孔吸附树脂柱色谱等以及HPLC制备方法等对其化学成分进行分离,根据其理化性质、波谱数据及文献报道,鉴定为咖啡酸甲酯(methyl caffeate)(1)、acacetin(2)、umbelliferone(3)等三个化合物,此外进一步分析发现其具有抗炎活性、抗菌、抗肿瘤以及对蛇虫咬伤的解救等药理作用。

Meehania fargesii(Lévl.)C.Y.Wu var.radicans(Vaniot)C.Y.Wu is a genus of Meehania in Labiatae.The whole grass is used in folk medicine to treat wind-cold type of common cold and applied externally to treat snake bite.In order to systematically explore the active components in the Meehania fargesii(Lévl.)C.Y.Wu var.radicans(Vaniot)C.Y.Wu,this paper takes a variety of chromatographic methods such as silica gel column chromatography,gel-filtration column chromatography,ODS,macroporous adsorption resin column chromatography and HPLC preparation methods to separate its chemical components.According to the physical and chemical properties,spectral data and literature reports,it is identified that three components are contained:methyl caffeite(1),acacetin(2)and umbelliferone(3).In addition,it is found in further analysis that Meehania fargesii(Lévl.)C.Y.Wu var.radicans(Vaniot)C.Y.Wu has certain pharmacological effects such as anti-inflammatory activity,antibacterial,anti-tumor and relief of snake and insect bites.
