HPLC法测定补虚通瘀颗粒中紫丁香苷的含量

Determination of Content of Syringin in Buxu Tongyu Granules by HPLC

目的:本文采用HPLC法测定补虚通瘀颗粒中紫丁香苷的含量。方法:采用超声提取方法提取样品,提取溶剂为甲醇,分析用色谱柱是以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂的色谱柱,以水-甲醇为流动相,采用不同比例洗脱,流速为每分钟1毫升,265纳米为检测波长。结果:紫丁香苷的线性良好,重复性试验中紫丁香苷的相对标准偏差分别为1.5%;回收率为0.9%。结论:本方法适用于补虚通瘀颗粒中紫丁香苷的含量测定。

Objactive:In this paper,We Determined Content of Syringin in Buxu Tongyu Granules by HPLC.Method:The sample is diluted with methanol,the column C18,The mobile phase was ethanol-water,Gradient elution,Flow rate 1.0mL/min,The detection wavelength:Ge Gensu 265nm.Result:The results show that:The linearity of syringin was good,the repeatability test in syringin the relative standard deviation respectively 1.5%and 0.9%.Conclusion:This method can be used for children chiqiaoqingre syrup Determination of syringin.
