探讨瑞舒伐他汀钙联合瑞格列奈对老年2型糖尿病的药理作用

Investigation of the Pharmacological Effect of Rosuvastatin Calcium Combined with Repaglinide on Elderly Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的:探究对2型糖尿病(T2DM)老年患者行瑞舒伐他汀钙+瑞格列奈治疗的效果。方法:时间范围2020年1月至2021年12月,选取本院收治的76例T2DM老年患者作为研究对象,采取随机抽签方式分为对照组(38例,瑞格列奈治疗)、观察组(38例,瑞舒伐他汀钙+瑞格列奈治疗),对比分析两组患者治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组血糖(HbAlc/FPG/2hPG)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组FINS、HOMA-β水平高于对照组,HOMA-IR水平低于对照组,P<0.05。治疗后,观察组血脂(TC/TG/LDL-C)水平低于对照组,P<0.05。观察组(92.11%)总有效率高于对照组(71.05%),P<0.05。结论:对T2DM老年患者行瑞舒伐他汀钙+瑞格列奈治疗疗效确切,可改善患者血糖、血脂、胰岛素水平,安全性较高,推广可行性较高。

Objective:To explore the effect of rosuvastatin calcium+repaglinide therapy on elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:From January 2020 to December 2021,76 elderly patients with T2DM admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects,and divided into control group(38 cases,repaglinide treatment)and observation group(38 cases,treated with repaglinide)by random drawing.(38 cases,rosuvastatin calcium+repaglinide treatment),the treatment effect of the two groups of patients was compared and analyzed.Results:After treatment,the blood glucose(HbAlc/FPG/2hPG)level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FINS and HOMA-βin the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of HOMA-IR was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.After treatment,blood lipid(TC/TG/LDL-C)levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.The total effective rate of the observation group(92.11%)was higher than that of the control group(71.05%),P<0.05.Knot.Conclusion:Rosuvastatin calcium+repaglinide treatment is effective in elderly patients with T2DM,which can improve blood glucose,blood lipids,and insulin levels,with high safety and high feasibility of promotion.
