循环肿瘤细胞检测在中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者联合治疗中的疗效评估价值

Effect of Combined Therapy of Circulating Tumor Cells in Patients with Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

目的:观察循环肿瘤细胞检测在中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者联合治疗中的疗效评估价值。方法:回顾分析我院2018年1月—2020年2月时期收治中晚期非小细胞肺癌80例,对其采取4个疗程的化疗。分别于治疗前、治疗后以实体肿瘤疗效评价标准(RECIST)评价,并通过Canpatrol^(TM)二代CTCs分型检测技术检测外周血CTCs的变化,分析CTCs诊断的标准与RECIST标准差异。结果:在治疗结束后,不同诊断方法的诊断结果存在着差异性,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在治疗前不同诊断结果的外周血CTCs个数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在治疗后外周血CTCs个数比较中,有效组个数明显少于无效组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中晚期非小细胞肺癌中,实施以循环肿瘤细胞检测,与体肿瘤疗效评价诊断结果无明显的差异性,考虑循环肿瘤细胞检测可以作为对患者治疗疗效评估的一种评价手段。

Objective:To observe the efficacy of circulating tumor cell detection in combined treatment of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:Retrospective analysis was made on 80 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to February 2020,and 4 courses of chemotherapy were taken for them.Before and after treatment,the patients were evaluated with the evaluation standard of solid tumor efficacy(RECIST),and the changes of peripheral blood CTCs were detected with the Canparol^(TM) second generation CTCs typing detection technology to analyze the difference between the diagnostic standard of CTCs and the RECIST standard.Results:After treatment,there were differences in the diagnostic results of different diagnostic methods,but the difference(P>0.05)was not statistically significant.There was no significant difference in the number of peripheral blood CTCs with different diagnostic results before treatment(P>0.05).In the comparison of the number of peripheral blood CTCs after treatment,the number of effective group was significantly less than that of ineffective group,and the difference was significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:in advanced non-small cell lung cancer,there is no significant difference between the results of circulating tumor cell detection and the evaluation of body tumor efficacy.Considering that the detection of circulating tumor cells can be used as a means to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of patients.
