摘要
锂离子软包电池,在挤压测试时,一般情况下可以满足不着火不爆炸不冒烟的要求。但是如果小软包电池面积过小时,由于挤压测试时的压力是一定的,小软包电池承受的压强会非常大,同时小软包电池使用的是铝塑包装膜而不是金属壳,因此最终会导致不容易通过挤压测试。针对锂离子小软包电池的不容易通过挤压的问题,可以采用较高的断裂延展率的隔膜和铝箔以及优化电解液,在挤压测试时,进行有效改善,同时不影响电池的其他安全性能和电化学性能。
Lithium soft-package cell can meet the requirement of no fire, no explosion and no smoke for crush test. But the cell can not pass the crush test if the area of the cell is too small, because the effect of the pressure is very big with the force of the crush test. Lithium small soft-package cell has the pouch instead of metal can. To solve this problem, the separator and aluminum foil with high fracture elongation and optimized electrolyte are used in the lithium small soft-package cell, which can keep good safety and electrochemical performance at the same time.
