摘要
本文介绍了使用硅烷偶联剂KH-560对水雾化法制备的304不锈钢粉末进行表面改性,系统研究了KH-560用量、反应温度、反应时间等对粉末流动性影响。采用傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X-Ray衍射(XRD)、粒度分析等手段对改性前后的粉体进行表征分析。结果表明,KH-560改性的304不锈钢粉末的流动性明显优于原始粉末,实验方法简单易行,有效解决了水雾化法制备的304不锈钢粉末表面粗糙易团聚问题,具有广阔应用前景。
This paper introduces the surface modification of 304 stainless steel powder prepared by water atomization method through silane coupling agent KH-560. The improvement of powder fluidity is mainly analyzed from 560 dosages, reaction temperature and reaction time and so on. The powder was analyzed and characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR), scanning electron microscope(SEM), diffraction of x-rays(XRD), particle size analysis and other methods. The results show that the fluidity of 304 stainless steel powder modified by KH-560 is obviously better than that of the original powder. The experimental method is simple and feasible, which effectively solves the problem of rough surface and easy agglomeration of 304 stainless steel powder prepared by water atomization method, and has broad application prospects.
