摘要
环烯烃共聚物(COC)是一类具有环状烯烃结构的非结晶性透明共聚高分子,相较于传统的聚乙烯和聚丙烯等聚烯烃类材料,COC是一类全新的聚合物,具有独特且优异的性能。但是COC生产工艺复杂,技术壁垒高,合成技术被垄断在少数几家外企手中,因此市场上高品质COC进口难度大、要求多、价格高,极大限制我国COC下游相关产品开发和市场应用。本文基于我司所获得的某牌号含有COC回收料,利用DSC、密度法等对其组成进行定量分析,确定其为COC和LDPE共混物,其中COC含量为85wt%。拟合COC中环状烯烃单体共聚比例与玻璃化转变温度之间的线性关系,确定该材料所用COC中环状烯烃单体的共聚比例为50 mol%。进一步根据基团贡献法计算COC和LDPE的溶解度参数,筛选能够分离二者的溶剂,实现回收料中具有高附加值的COC的溶剂法分离和回收。
Cyclic olefin copolymer(COC)is a kind of amorphous and transparent copolymer with cyclic olefin structure.Compared with traditional polyolefin such as polyethylene and polypropylene,COC is a new type of polymer with unique and excellent advantages.The COC production process is complex,and there is high technical barriers.Because of the large demand and high price,the product development and market application of COC is restricted in my country.In this paper,the composition of COC recycled material is quantitatively analyzed by DSC and density method.The linear relationship between the copolymerization ratio of cyclic olefin monomer in COC and the glass transition temperature was fitted,and the copolymerization ratio of cyclic olefin monomer in COC used in this material was determined to be 50 mol%.Further,the solubility parameters of COC and LDPE were calculated according to the group contribution method,and the solvent that could separate the two was screened to realize the solvent separation and recovery of COC with high added value in the recovered material.
