摘要
以硫酸铜溶液为原料,通过蒸发浓缩至一定浓度,加入疏水剂,利用喷雾干燥制备饲料级一水硫酸铜,分别考察了疏水剂加量、饱和硫酸铜溶液进料温度、搅拌速度等对产品质量的影响。研究结果表明,在疏水剂添加量为溶液质量的0.4%、进搅拌速度为400 RPM、搅拌时间为20 min、进料温度为70℃、进料速度为10 mL/min的最优条件下,制备得到的一水硫酸铜不仅具有粒度均匀,而且具有疏水性,其铜含量为35.74%以上,暴露空气2 h,吸湿率仅为0.68%;本项目不仅提高了产品铜含量,还大幅的降低了结块的风险。
Using copper sulfate solution as raw material, the feed grade copper sulfate monohydrate was prepared by spray drying with the addition of hydrophobic agent. The effects of the amount of hydrophobic agent, feeding temperature of saturated copper sulfate solution and stirring speed on product quality were investigated. The results show that under the optimal conditions of adding hydrophobic agent of 0.4 % of solution mass, feeding speed of 400 RPM, stirring time of 20 min, feeding temperature of 70 ℃ and feeding speed of 10 mL/min, the prepared copper sulfate monohydrate not only has uniform particle size, but also has hydrophobicity, and its copper content is more than 35.74 %. After 2 h exposure to air, the moisture absorption rate was only 0.68 %. This project not only improves the copper content of the product, but also greatly reduces the risk of caking.
