摘要
工业废水的再生回用对减轻水环境污染、改善水资源匮乏等具有重要意义,因此近年来受到了国家有关部门的高度重视。绿化灌溉是再生水回用的重要途径之一,对照绿地灌溉水质相关标准,检测分析了某芯片企业废水深度处理工程的来水及达标排放尾水中的重要污染物,筛选识别其尾水回用的潜在风险因子。结果表明,该芯片企业废水经深度处理再生后,尾水的基本控制指标、重点关注指标包括F^(-)、钠吸收率(SAR)、重金属类等均符合绿地灌溉水质国家标准。但尾水中Cl^(-)含量超过规定限值,同时Na^(+)、Ca^(2+)浓度相对较高,在绿化灌溉回用中可能对土壤环境、植物生长产生影响,需进一步研究其风险管控手段和防控措施。
The reuse of industrial wastewater is of great significance to alleviate water pollution and improve water scarcity,so it has received great attention from relevant state departments in recent years.Green irrigation is one of the common ways to reuse reclaimed water.According to the relevant standards for green irrigation water quality,the important pollutants in the wastewater and tailwater of the advanced wastewater treatment project in a chip company were detected and analyzed,so as to screen and identify the potential risk factors of the tailwater reuse for green irrigation.The results showed that after the advanced treatment and regeneration of wastewater from the chip company,the basic control indicators and key indicators of tailwater,including F^(-),sodium absorption rate(SAR),and heavy metals,all meeted the national standards for green irrigation water quality.However,the Cl^(-)content of the tailwater exceeded the specified limit,and the Na^(+) and Ca^(2+) concentrations were relatively high,which may have an impact on the soil environment and plant growth during the green irrigation.Therefore,it is necessary to further study its risk management and control measures.
