机动车维修企业危险废物管理现状分析——以广东省某市为例

Analysis of the Current Situation of Hazardous Waste Management in Motor Vehicle Maintenance Enterprises: Case Study of A City of Guangdong Province

随着广东省某市的动车维修企业数目不断地增加,行业在维修过程中产生的危险废物如废矿物油、废铅蓄电池、废溶剂等也逐年递增,为保证城市可持续的绿色发展,有效防止危险废物污染环境,消除环境风险隐患。因此,加强危险废物监管成为重中之重。本文以广东省某市为调查地区,根据实地调研情况,浅析了调查地区的机动车维修行业危险废物分布情况及管理现状,针对目前该地区机动车维修行业危险废物管理中存在的问题提出了加强企业监管、规范处理危险废物、加强普法宣传等对策,旨在为机动车维修行业危险废物管理提供有效的参考依据。

With the development of economy, the urbanization scale is becoming more and more enormous, and the demand of motor vehicles is also increasing rapidly with the economic growth of the city. Thus the huge number of motor vehicles promoted the development of motor vehicle maintenance enterprises. With the increasing number of motor vehicle maintenance enterprises in a city which in Guangdong Province, the amount of hazardous waste produced in the maintenance process, such as waste mineral oil, waste lead batteries and waste solvents are gradually increasing year by year. In order to ensure the sustainable development of cities, we must effectively prevent hazardous waste pollution and eliminate environmental risks and hidden dangers. Thus, strengthening the supervision of hazardous waste has become a top priority. A city in Guangdong province as a case in this paper to analyzes the distribution and management status of hazardous waste in the motor vehicle maintenance enterprises. According to the problems existed in the hazardous waste management in the motor vehicle maintenance enterprises, we proposed the corresponding countermeasures to provide an effective reference for the hazardous waste management in the motor vehicle maintenance enterprises in the future.
