摘要
目的:考察广东、广西等16个产地布渣叶质量,进行品质评价。方法:对样品进行性状、显微、薄层鉴别,并测定其水分、总灰分、浸出物、牡荆苷的含量;建立和采用HPLC法同时测定样品中槲皮素、山奈酚、异鼠李素含量。结果:不同产地布渣叶的性状、显微、薄层鉴别,水分、总灰分、浸出物含量均符合药典规定;牡荆苷、槲皮素、山奈酚、异鼠李素含量,以广东遂溪样品最优。结论:不同产地布渣叶在质量品质方面均有差异,其中产自广东遂溪的布渣叶品质综合表现较好,本研究为布渣叶的质量标准提升提供参考。
Objective: The quality of Microctis Folium from 16 producing areas such as Guangdong, Guangxi were investigated, and their medicinal quality was evaluated. Methods: The samples were identified by morphological, microscopic and thin-layer chromatography, and the contents of water, total ash, extract and vitexin were determined. To establish a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of quercetin, kaempferol and isorhamnetin. Results: The characters,microscopic and thin layer identification, the water content, total ash content and extract content of cloth residue leaves from different producing areas all met the requirements of pharmacopoeia. The content of vitexin, quercetin, kaempferol and isorhamnetin in Suixi sample was the best. Conclusion: According to the quality measurement and correlation analysis of the Microctis Folium from different producing areas, there are differences in the quality of the Microctis Folium, among which it from Suixi in Guangdong province have better comprehensive quality performance, it can be selected as the planting and promotion of the Microctis Folium from different producing areas. This study also provides a reference for the quality evaluation of Microctis Folium.
