摘要
目的:建立一种新型胶体果胶铋中游离铋测定方法,为游离铋的含量进行进一步控制提供检测指导。方法:采用火焰原子吸收法测定胶体果胶铋中游离铋的含量。检测波长为223.1 nm,灯电流为10.0 mA,狭缝宽度为0.7 nm,燃气流量为2.2 L/min,燃烧头高度为7 mm。结果:游离铋在10~30 ug/mL范围内浓度与吸光度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9991),其检测限为0.05 ug/mL,平均加样回收率为101.9%(n=9,RSD=1.7%);3批样品中游离秘的含量分别为1.473%、1.180%、1.282%,均符合拟定标准规定(限度为不大于10%)。结论:本法经方法学验证,可用于胶体果胶铋中游离铋的检测和质量控制。
Objective: To establish a new method for the determination of free bismuth in colloidal bismuth pectin, and to provide detection guidance for further control of the content of free bismuth. Method: The content of free bismuth in colloidal bismuth pectin was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The detection wavelength was 223.1nm, the lamp current was 10.0 mA, the slit width was 0.7 nm, the gas flow rate was 2.2 L/min, and the height of combustion head was 7 mm. Results: The concentration of free bismuth in the range of 10~30 ug/mL showed a good linear relationship with absorbance(r=0.9991). The detection limit was 0.05 ug/mL. The average recovery was 101.9%(n=9, RSD=1.7 %). The content of free bismuth in the three batches of samples were 1.473 %, 1.180 %, and 1.282 % respectively, which were in line with the proposed standard(the limit was not more than 10 %). Conclusion: The method has been validated by methodology and can be used for the detection and quality control of free bismuth in colloidal bismuth pectin.
