质子交换膜燃料电池吹扫原理及实验验证

摘要 随着质子交换膜燃料电池的商业化推广的进行,燃料电池电堆生产商进入新阶段的性能指标竞赛。特别冷启动的性能逐渐成为燃料电池推向市场的硬指标。而保证冷启动成功的关键在于停机扫吹。本文阐述了燃料电池扫吹的原理,采用两种不同的吹扫方法进行实验,通过结果来验证吹扫过程中的原理和关键点,并指出可以利用电压来判断电堆的吹扫状态。 With the commercialization of proton exchange membrane fuel cell,Fuel cell stack manufacturers enter a new phase of the performance competition.Particularly,the performance of cold start has gradually become a hard indicator for fuel cells to be marketed.The key to achieve the success of cold start is the purge in the shut down process.In this paper,the principle of purging of fuel cell is described,two different purging methods are designed to conduct the experiments,the principle and key points in purging process are verified by the results,and the purging state of stack can be observed by voltage.
