摘要
本文通过对304不锈钢粉末表面改性、粘结剂分配组合的方式,使304不锈钢粉末与粘结剂密炼时以氢键或化学键方式相连接。在保证喂料良好流动性条件下,通过提高喂料密度及力学强度,研究粉末与粘结剂相互作用力强弱对喂料流动性、生坯密度、脱脂过程的影响。在改性304粉末与共聚甲醛系列粘结剂之间的强相互作用下,使得生坯在脱脂、烧结过程中具有更好的保型性和尺寸稳定性。
Through modifying the surface of 304 stainless steel powder,distributing,and combining the binder,the 304 stainless steel powder and the binder are connected by hydrogen bonds or chemical bonds during banburying in this paper.Ensuring the good fluidity of the feed,by increasing the density and mechanical strength of the feed,the influence of the interaction force between the powder and the binder on the fluidity of the feed,the unfired density and the degreasing process was studied.The strong interaction between the modified 304 powder and the copolyformaldehyde series binder,the unfired body has better shape retention and dimensional stability during degreasing and sintering.
