摘要
以中药白芷、野菊花、薄荷、丁香和草豆蔻为原料,采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,在单因素实验的基础之上,采用响应面实验优化的方法,探讨提取时间、浸泡时间和液料比等因素对挥发油提取量的影响;以感官评价作为评价指标通过矫味研究对提取得到的挥发油进行矫味,并比较无纺布和活性炭纤维布吸附和保持气味性能等的对比分析,并采用浸渍法制备获得中药口罩药芯。结果表明,中药挥发油最优提取工艺为:提取时间为4.0 h、浸泡时间为1.10 h、液料比为7.60,得到的挥发油提取量为:0.428 mL。以2.0 mL中药挥发油分散于100 mL 70%的乙醇中,并添加0.2 g丙三醇为基础处方。添加薄荷精油添加量为0.20%(质量百分比)、薰衣草精油添加量为0.27%、柠檬精油添加量为0.12%,综合感官评分为8.50。以活性炭纤维布作为药芯材料采用浸渍法制备成中药口罩药芯,制备得到一种中药药芯的口罩。本研究以中药药芯滤过、抑菌等多途径外部防护发挥抵御病毒的作用,为中药外治防护大气污染提供了一条新思路。
Taking Angelica dahurica,wild chrysanthemum,mint,clove and cardamom as raw materials,the volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation.On the basis of single factor experiment,the effects of extraction time,soaking time and liquid-material ratio on the extraction amount of volatile oil were discussed by using the optimization method of response surface experiment;Taking the sensory evaluation as the evaluation index,the extracted volatile oil was corrected through the taste correction research,and the comparative analysis of the adsorption and odor retention properties of non-woven fabric and activated carbon fiber cloth was compared.The core of traditional Chinese medicine mask was prepared by impregnation method.The results showed that the optimal extraction process of volatile oil from traditional Chinese medicine was as follows:extraction time was 4.0 h,soaking time was 1.10 h,liquid-material ratio was 7.60,and the extraction amount of volatile oil was 0.428 ml.2.0 ml volatile oil of traditional Chinese medicine was dispersed in 100 ml of 70%ethanol and 0.2 g glycerol was added as the basic prescription.The addition amount of peppermint essential oil was 0.20%(mass percentage),lavender essential oil was 0.27%,lemon essential oil was 0.12%,and the comprehensive sensory score was 8.50.Using activated carbon fiber cloth as medicine core material,the medicine core of traditional Chinese medicine mask is prepared by impregnation method,and a mask with traditional Chinese medicine core is prepared.In this study,the external protection of traditional Chinese medicine core filtration and bacteriostasis can play the role of resisting virus,which can provide a new idea for the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine to prevent air pollution.
