摘要
目的:探究酢浆草75%乙醇提取物水相、乙酸乙酯相对小鼠出血时间、凝血时间作用。方法:选用80只昆明种SPF小白鼠,按雌雄各半比例,将小鼠随机分为8组(对照组、云南白药组、低中高剂量酢浆草水相组、低中高剂量酢浆草乙酸乙酯相组),每组10只。给药组以酢浆草溶液0.3、0.6、1.2 g/kg剂量连续灌胃7 d,对照组按等体积给予高压灭菌水,末次灌胃给药30 min后测定凝血时间(CT)、出血时间(BT)。结果:水相和乙酸乙酯相各剂量组对小鼠凝血止血无明显作用,无统计学差异,但有一定的影响趋势。
Objective:To explore the hemostatic effect and Acute Toxicity of Oxalis corniculata L.75%ethanol extract.Methods:80 Kunming SPF mice were selected according to the ratio of male to female,the mice were randomly divided into 8 groups.There are control group,Yun nan Bai yao control group and Oxalis corniculata L.solution group;with 10 mice in each group.The test group in 0.3,0.6,and 1.2 g/kg dose gavage for 7 days,the control group was given normal autoclaved water by equal volume.The coagulation time(CT)and bleeding time(BT)were measured 30 min after the last gavage.Results:Each dose group of aqueous phase and organic phase had no significant effect on hemostasis,there was no significant difference in CT and BT between the low,middle and high dose group,but had a certain influence trend.
