摘要
东莞市某污水处理厂扩容工程设计规模为5×10^(4) m^(3)/d,其污水处理工艺采用“多级AO+高效沉淀池+纤维板框滤池”,出水标准执行《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准(GB18918-2002)》一级A标准及广东省地方标准《水污染物排放限值》(DB44/26-2001)第二时段的一级标准中的较严值。本文就此工程的工艺流程及配套建构筑物、设备参数等进行了详细的论述,并重点介绍了多级AO生物反应池的计算和相关参数取值,可为相关工程提供参考。
The design scale of a wastewater treatment plant(WWTP)expansion project in Dongguan is 50000 m3/d.The technological process of multistage AO+high efficiency sedimentation+fiber medium filter is adopted in the expansion project.The designed effluent quality reaches the stricter of the first level A criteria in Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant(GB18918-2002)and the first level criteria of the second stage specified in Discharge limits of water pollutants(DB44/26-2001)in Guangdong Province.This paper detailedly introduces the technological process of the expansion project,the design parameters of buildings and its supporting equipment,focuses on the calculation method and parameters design of multistage AO process,providing a reference for related projects.
