脱庚烷塔底泵特征频率振动超标分析与解决

摘要 芳烃联合装置异构化脱庚烷塔底泵振动烈度超标,通过对泵的设计工况和实际工况的对比,经排查和频谱分析发现,泵的振动主要是叶轮通过特征频率引起的。经过叶轮改造及切削处理,降低了压力脉动,使泵的振动烈度从9.1 mm/s最终降低到1.9 mm/s,消除了困扰设备和装置安全生产的风险。 The vibration intensity of the bottom pump of isomerization deheptane tower in aromatic combining plant exceeded the standard.Through the comparison between the design working condition and the actual working condition of the pump,according to the spectrum,it is found that the pump vibration was mainly caused by the characteristic frequency of the impeller through the troubleshooting.After impeller modification and cutting treatment,the pressure pulsation was reduced,and the vibration intensity of the pump was finally reduced from 9.1 mm/s to 1.9 mm/s,potential equipment security risks were resolved,and achieved intrinsically security.
