摘要
在pH=7.20的Tris-HCl缓冲溶液中,阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)的增敏作用下,以荧光碳点为探针建立了测定甲苯磺酸妥舒沙星的荧光增敏新方法。实验发现,甲苯磺酸妥舒沙星浓度与体系荧光增敏强度呈良好线性关系,线性范围为3.0~120μg/mL,检出限为0.05μg/mL,回收率为99.19%~100.2%。该法操作简单、快速、具有较好的选择性,可用于药物中甲苯磺酸妥舒沙星含量的测定。
In Tris-HCl buffer solution of pH=7.20,A new fluorescence sensitization method for the determination of tosufloxacin tosylate was developed using fluorescent carbon dots as probe with the anionic surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS).The experiment found that the concentration of tosufloxacin tosylate and the system fluorescence sensitization intensity,with a linear range of 3.0 to 120μg/mL,the detection limit of 0.05μg/mL,and a recovery rate of 99.17%to 100.2%.The method is simple,rapid and has good selectivity.It can be used for the determination of tosufloxacin tosylate sulfonate in medicine.
