摘要
采用柱前衍生-高效液相色谱法测定鱿鱼中的甲醛含量,分析不确定度来源,并对不确定度进行评定。测定过程的不确定度主要来源于标准溶液制备、标准曲线拟合、样品溶液制备和样品溶液测定。量化并合成各不确定度分量,计算扩展不确定度,鱿鱼中甲醛含量的测量结果表示为(10.32±1.182)mg/kg,k=2。不确定度的评定可识别测量过程中误差的主要来源,并为评价检测结果的准确性和方法的可靠性提供依据。
Content of formaldehyde in squid was determined by pre-column derivatization hight performance liquid chromatography.The uncertainty was evaluated,and its source was analyzed.The main source of uncertainty during determination was from configuration of standard solution,linear regression,sample treatment and detection of sample solution.Components of uncertainty was quantified and synthesized,extended uncertainty was calculated.The determination result of formaldehyde in squid was(10.32±1.182)mg/kg,k=2.Uncertainty evaluation can recognize main source of error in determination process,and provide basis for assessing the accuracy of detection results and the reliability of the method.
