根据《地块土壤和地下水中挥发性有机物采样技术导则》测试化工企业土壤中挥发性有机物的研究

The Research of Testing Chemical Enterprise Soil of Volatile Organic Compounds Base on“Technical Guideline for Site Soil and Groundwater Sampling of Volatile Organic”

建立了吹扫捕集-气相色谱质谱联用仪测定土壤中挥发性有机物(7种苯系物)的检测方法,结果表明使用此方法测定的苯、甲苯、乙苯、间,对-二甲苯、邻-二甲苯、苯乙烯、异丙苯的校准曲线线性均良好,方法检出限均符合第一类用地筛选值要求,加标回收率达到76.1%~107%,精密度试验的相对标准偏差达到0.01%~0.14%,符合标准要求。

The determination of Volatile Organic Compounds(seven types benzene series compounds)in soil was established by-Purge and Trap Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry.The results showed that,benzene,toluene,ethylbenzene,m-xylene,p-xylene,o-xylene,styrene,isopropylbenzeneall had a good linear relationship,the method detection limit was lower than risk screening values for soil contamination of development land(Ⅰ),all elements of the accuracy test are within the range of the standard sample,the recovery rate reached 76.1%~107%and the relative standard deviation of the precision test was 0.01%~0.14%,which met the relevant standard requirements.
