气相色谱-质谱串联检测6种新精神活性物质

摘要 目的:建立同时测定6种新精神活性物质1-(4-甲基苯基)-2-二甲氨基-1-丙酮(4-MDMC)、N-(2-甲氧基苄基)-2-(2,5-二甲氧基-4-氯苯基)乙胺(2C-C-NBOMe)、2-苯基-2-甲氨基环己酮(DCK)、N,N-二异丙基-5-甲氧基色胺(5-MeO-DiPT)、1-(4-氯苯基)-2-(N-吡咯烷基)-1-戊酮(4-Cl-α-PVP)、丁酰芬太尼(Butyrylfentanyl)的气相色谱-质谱串联检测方法。方法:检材经过甲醇超声提取后,采用气相色谱-质谱串联-全扫方法(GC-MS/Scan)进行定性检测,气相色谱-质谱串联-选择离子监测方法(GC-MS/SIM)进行定量检测,定量方法采用内标法,内标物采用SKF525a。结果:4-MDMC、DCK、5-MeO-DiPT、4-Cl-α-PVP、Butyrylfentanyl在50~2000 ng/mL,2C-C-NBOMe在100~2000 ng/mL范围呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数r>0.998;6种新精神活性物质的检出限(LOD)为10~25 ng/mL,定量限(LOQ)为25~50 ng/mL,准确度(n=6)、日内精密度(n=6)、日间精密度(n=18)、重复性(n=6)均在5%以内,回收率均在82.10%~112.91%之间。结论:该方法操作简单、灵敏度高、重现性好,适用于多种新精神活性物质的检测。 Objective:Establish gas-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)methods to detect 6 New psychoactive substances(4-MDMC,2C-C-NBOMe,DCK,5-MeO-DiPT,4-Cl-α-PVP,Butyrylfentanyl).Methods:The samples were extracted with methanol under ultrasound,and qualitative analysis by GC-MS/Scan,and quantified using GC-MS/SIM with internal standard method,took SKF525a as internal standard.Results:There were good linear relationship between the contents of drugs(4-MDMC,DCK,5-MeO-DiPT,4-Cl-α-PVP,Butyrylfentanyl)in the range of 50~2000 ng/mL,of 2C-C-NBOMe in the range of 100~2000 ng/mL,in which the correlation coefficient r was bigger than 0.998;For 6 New psychoactive substances,the minimum limit of detection(LOD)was10~25 ng/mL,and the minimum limit of quantitative(LOQ)was 25~50 ng/mL,and the relative standard deviations(RSDs)of the accuracy(n=6),the inter-day precision(n=6),the intra-day precision(n=18),the repeatability(n=6)were less than 5%,and the recoveries was in the range of 82.10%~112.91%.Conclusions:The method was simple,accurate,good reproducibility,which will be suitable for determination of a variety of new psychoactive substances.
