摘要
该研究目的是提升化妆品中洋葱伯克霍尔德菌检验方法的适用性。以一株化妆品中分离到的洋葱伯克霍尔德菌及3株标准菌株作为测试菌,选取3种标准中使用的液体培养基,开展生长特性研究;并通过测试庆大霉素对各试验菌的最低抑菌浓度,非目标菌抑制试验以及药敏试验等,确定检验方法中最优添加的抗生素,改进洋葱伯克霍尔德菌的检测体系。该分离菌对庆大霉素敏感,其最低抑菌浓度(MIC)值为0.625μg/mL,是导致该分离菌在现有检测体系下无法检出的主要原因。洋葱伯克霍尔德菌菌群成员复杂,生长特性各异,检验方法可考虑更广泛的培养体系,比如将检验过程中添加的庆大霉素用头孢唑林、氨苄青霉素、四环素等代替,或在分离培养时联用多种选择性平板,以提升方法检出率。
This paper is intended to improve the applicability of testing methods for Burkholderia cepacia in cosmetics.One strain of Burkholderia cepacia isolated from cosmetics,three standard strains were used as test bacteria,and the liquid media used in three standards were selected to study the growth characteristics,and the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)of gentamicin to each test bacteria was tested.Non-target bacteria inhibition test and drug sensitivity test to determine the optimal addition of antibiotics in the test method to improve the detection system of Burkholderia cepacia.The isolated strain was sensitive to gentamicin and its minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)was 0.625μg/mL,which was the main reason why the isolated strain could not be detected in the existing detection system.The members of Burkholderia cepacia flora are complex and the growth characteristics are different.The test method can consider a wider culture system,such as replacing gentamicin with cefazolin,ampicillin,tetracycline,etc.,or using a variety of selective plates in isolation and culture to improve the detection rate of the method.
