摘要
该文简述利用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱分析仪(AZtec)对镀锌、镀锡板材常见表面缺陷的形貌特征进行观测,分析其产生原因,形成缺陷图谱和判定标准,为不断改进产品质量提供可靠的技术数据支撑。
In this paper,scanning electron microscope(SEM)and energy spectrum analyzer(Aztec)are used to observe and measure the morphology characteristics of the common surface defects of galvanized and tin plate,analyze the causes,form the defect atlas and judgment standars,and provide reliable technical data support for continuous improvement of product quality.
