10kV断路器未储能事件原因分析与处理

摘要 10 kV真空断路器多为弹簧操作机构,储能对于分合开关至关重要。弹簧未储能或者储能不到位将导致开关合闸后无法分闸,一旦发生故障开关拒动将扩大事故对电力系统造成严重影响。针对一起10 kV断路器开关未储能导致一条出线发生故障开关跳闸重合不成引起用户失电事件,通过研究储能二次回路、监控后台事故信息和系统生产计划等分析事故发生过程及原因,并对运维检修人员提出改进措施,减少故障发生概率。 Most of the 10 kV vacuum circuit breakers are spring operating mechanisms,and energy storage is very important for the on-off switch.If the spring does not store energy or the energy storage is not in place,the switch can not be opened after closing.In the event of failure,the failure of the switch will have a serious impact on the power system.In view of the power loss event caused by the failure of a 10 kV circuit breaker switch without energy storage,the process and causes of the accident are analyzed by studying the secondary circuit of energy storage,monitoring background accident information and system production plan,and the improvement measures are put forward to the operation and maintenance personnel to reduce the probability of failure.
