广州某医院综合节能改造案例分析

2020年为申报创建国家节约型公共机构示范单位,广州某公立二甲医院积极推进全院进行绿色升级节能改造,主要改造内容包括门诊大厅和手术室中央空调更新改造、绿色照明节能改造、电磁厨房升级改造、旧住院楼太阳能+空气源热泵集中热水供应改造、太阳能光伏发电建设、绿色充电桩建设、分体空调集控系统建设和智慧医院能源资源在线监管平台建设等。改造后综合节电率达16.92%,对标地方标准医院2021年的单位建筑面积能耗、人均能耗和人均水耗三项指标均达到“引导值”的水准。该案例为医院类综合节能改造提供参考。

For creating a'national conservative public institution demonstration,a public upper second-class hospital in Guangzhou actively promoted comprehensive energy conservation retrofits in 2020.The projects mainly include central air-conditioning systems updating,lighting system retrofitting,electromagnetic kitchen upgrading,domestic hot water system using solar energy&air source,solar photovoltaic power generation construction,green charging pile construction,building automation system construction,intelligent hospital energy management system construction,and so on.After finishing the above retrofits,the electricity consumption can be reduced by 16.92%,and comparing with local standards,the three indicators(energy consumption of per unit construction area,comprehensive energy consumption per capita,water consumption per capita)of 2021 all reached the level of"leading value".This case can provide reference for comprehensive energy conservation retrofits of similar projects in hospital buildings.
