正渗透-反渗透耦合工艺处理膜滤浓缩液工程实例 被引量:1

摘要 针对某生活垃圾填埋场高盐渗滤液膜滤浓缩液,采用正渗透膜-反渗透耦合工艺对膜滤浓缩液进行减量化处理,考察了该工艺在工程实例中的应用效果并进行了经济性评价。工程运行结果显示:该工艺运行相对稳定,对浓缩液中COD的去除率大于99.7%,对氨氮、总氮、总磷、电导率的去除率均高于99.9%。正渗透膜的平均产水通量为1.125 L/(m^(2)·h),平均产水回收率为57.78%。与浓缩液直接蒸发处置相比,先采用该技术减量处理后再进蒸发处理系统处置,浓缩液的处置费用可节约42.57%。可见该工艺可作为浓缩液处置的前处理单元应用,以降低浓缩液的总处置成本。 Aiming at the membrane filtration concentrate of high-salinity leachate from a domestic waste landfill,the forward osmosis membrane-reverse osmosis coupling process was used to reduce the membrane filtration concentrate.The application effect of the process in engineering examples was investigated and the economic evaluation was carried out.The results of engineering operation show that the process is relatively stable.The removal rate of COD in the concentrate is more than 99.7%,and the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen,total phosphorus and conductivity is higher than 99.9%.The average water flux of forward osmosis membrane was 1.125 L/(m^(2)·h)and the average water recovery was 57.78%.Compared with the direct evaporation treatment of concentrated solution,the disposal cost of concentrated solution can be saved by 42.57%by adopting this technology to reduce the amount of treatment before the evaporation treatment system.The process can be used as a pretreatment unit for concentrate disposal to reduce the overall disposal cost of concentrate.
