摘要
利用DNPH小柱采样,用高效液相色谱仪对环境空气中13种醛酮类化合物进行了测定。优化条件下,在0.1~2.0 mg/L浓度范围内线性关系良好,13种组分相对响应因子的相关系数范围为0.9992~0.9999;当环境空气取样量为30 L时,13种醛酮类化合物的检出限范围为0.071~0.464μg/m^(3);2种不同浓度空白加标样的相对标准偏差(RSD)范围为0.02%~6.6%;加标回收率范围为94.6%~99.1%。用建立的方法分析了2022年5月份盐城市4个点位环境空气醛酮类化合物,结果表明:2022年5月盐城市醛酮类化合物平均浓度为1.07 nmol/mol;主要检出的醛酮类化合物有甲醛、乙醛、丙酮和己醛。
The determination of 13 kinds of aldehydes and ketones in ambient air were carried out by high performance liquid chromatography using DNPH column sampling.Under the optimized conditions,the linear relationship was good in the concentration range of 0.1~2.0 mg/L,and the correlation coefficients of the relative response factors of the 13 components ranged from 0.9992 to 0.9999;when the ambient air sampling volume was 30 L,the detection limit of 13 aldehydes and ketones was 0.071~0.464μg/m^(3);the relative standard deviation(RSD)range of the two blank spiked samples with different concentrations was 0.02%~6.6%;the recovery rate of the spiked standard was 94.6%~99.1%.The established method was used to analyze aldehydes and ketones in the ambient air at 4 points in Yancheng City in May 2022.The results showed that the average concentration of aldehydes and ketones in Yancheng in May was 1.07 nmol/mol;the main detected aldehydes and ketones were formaldehyde,acetaldehyde,acetone and hexanal.
