摘要
教育链、产业链、创新链“三链融合”作为当前推进人力资源供给侧结构性改革的新要求,具有提高创新人才自主培养质量的功能与作用。在分析当前创新人才自主培养尚存问题的基础上,基于“三链融合”视角,从构建协同发展新格局、建立专业设置新机制、重建协同育人新模式、创建组织建设新体系、打造协同创新新生态等方面提出提升创新人才自主培养质量的路径。
As a new requirement to promote the structural reform on the supply side of human resources,the"three chains integration"of the education chain,innovation chain,and industry chain has the function and role to improve the quality of independent training of talents.Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the independent training of innovative talents,based on the perspective of"three chains integration",this paper proposes the path to improve the quality of independent training of innovative talents from the aspects of building a new pattern of collaborative development,establishing a new mechanism of professional setting,rebuilding a new mode of collaborative education,creating a new system of organizational construction,and creating a new ecology of collaborative innovation.
