动物生产类专业“双创”型人才培养关键问题探讨

涉农高校作为培养农业人才的主阵地,应充分利用自身资源优势,围绕乡村振兴和服务“三农”的宗旨,不断发现和培养满足新农村建设需求的“双创”型人才。针对涉农高校动物生产类专业“双创”型人才培养过程中存在的突出问题,提出了符合“双创”型人才培养目标和顺应高等教育发展方向的人才培养思路和方法。

As the main field for the cultivation of agricultural talents,agriculture-related colleges and universities should focus on the purpose of rural revitalization and serving the agriculture,rural areas and farmers,can make full use of their own resource advantages to constantly train"innovative and entrepreneurial"talents who are adaptable to the construction of new rural areas.Aiming at the outstanding problems in the training process of"innovative and entrepreneurial"talents in animal production in agricultural colleges and universities,it is necessary to put forward the ideas and focus of talent training that meet the training goals of innovative and entrepreneurial talents and the development direction of higher education.
