摘要
在普通高校向应用型高校转型的大背景下,以产业学院为载体,其实践基地建设直接关乎人才培养质量。针对产业学院实践基地建设过程中存在的问题,以其建设意义为出发点,创新校企合作模式,改革人才培养模式和实践教学体系,打造新型师资队伍,优化基地管理模式,开辟出产业学院实践基地高质量发展的新路径。
In the context of the transformation of ordinary universities into application-oriented universities,the quality of practice base construction is directly related to the quality of personnel training.Based on the problems in the construction process of the practice base of industrial College,taking its construction significance as the starting point,it opens up a new path for the high-quality development of the practice base of industrial college by innovating the school-enterprise cooperation mode,reforming the talent training mode and practical teaching system,creating a new teacher team,and optimizing the base management mode.
