摘要 经德国水协DWA授权,德国现行《一段活性污泥法设计计算规程》(DWA-A131-2016)已在我国翻译出版。此版规程较前几版有了很大的变化,首次明确了活性污泥法设施以化学需氧量COD负荷为设计基础,不再采用生化需氧量BOD负荷。此版规程详细规定了一段活性污泥法各种工艺形式曝气池、二沉池、需氧量、污泥量等各类参数的计算方法。结合本规程,重点介绍了COD构成、转化,并以我国常用的前置反硝化工艺为例,简述了计算过程。 The current German Dimensioning of single-stage activated sludge plants(DWA-A131-2016) has been translated and published in China, authorized by DWA. Compared with previous editions, it has been greatly changed. For the first time, it is clarified that the activated sludge process facilities are designed based on COD load, and the biochemical oxygen demand BODload is no longer used. This edition specifies in detail the calculation of aeration tank, secondary settling tank, oxygen demand, sludge volume, etc. for various forms of the single-stage activated sludge process. Combined with this standard, the composition and transformation of COD are mainly introduced, and the calculation process is briefly described for the commonly used pre-denitrification process in China.
