2016—2021年杭州市强制隔离戒毒所收治HIV感染戒毒学员情况分析

Analysis of HIV-infected Drug Treatment Trainees Admitted to Hangzhou Compulsory Isolation Drug Treatment Center from 2016—2021

目的:了解2016—2021年杭州市强制隔离戒毒所收治HIV感染戒毒学员基本情况,为当地卫生、禁毒部门制定政策提供帮助。方法:收集2016—2021年杭州市强制隔离戒毒所收治HIV感染戒毒学员的基本资料并对其进行分析。结果:从HIV感染率来看,从2016年的1.37%上升到2021年的5.51%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);从HIV感染因素来看,6年来男男性行为占比明显上升,从2016年的40%上升到2021年的80%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);从HIV感染与吸毒关系来看,男男HIV感染史大于吸毒史的戒毒学员占比6年来上升明显,从2016年的33.33%上升到2021年的75.00%。结论:杭州市强制隔离戒毒所收治戒毒学员HIV感染率明显上升,男男性行为是主要感染因素,男男性行为人群感染HIV后吸食冰毒的情况日趋严重,应引起禁毒、卫生部门的高度重视,采取切实可行的应对措施。

Objective: To understand the basic situation of HIV-infected drug treatment trainees admitted to Hangzhou Compulsory Isolation and Drug Treatment Center from 2016-2021, so as to provide assistance to local health and anti-drug departments in formulating policies. Methods: The basic data of HIV-infected drug addicts admitted to Hangzhou Compulsory Isolation Drug Treatment Center from 2016 to 2021 were collected and analyzed. Results: From the perspective of HIV infection rate, it increased from 1.37% in 2016 to 5.51% in 2021, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).From the perspective of HIV infection factors, the proportion of men who have sex with men increased significantly in 6years, from 40 % in 2016 to 80 % in 2021, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). From the relationship between HIV infection and drug use, the proportion of male HIV infection history is greater than the history of drug abuse students increased significantly in 6 years, from 33.33% in 2016 to 75.00% in 2021. Conclusion: The HIV infection rate of drug rehabilitation trainees admitted to Hangzhou compulsory isolation drug rehabilitation center has increased significantly, of which men who have sex with men is the main infection factor, and the situation of methamphetamine use after HIV infection among men who have sex with men is becoming more and more serious. It is necessary to pay high attention and take practical countermeasures for anti-drug and health departments.
