参三子养亲汤联合质子泵抑制剂对脾胃虚弱证胃溃疡患者胃肠激素及氧化应激的影响

Effect of Shensanzi Yangqin Decoction Combined with Proton Pump Inhibitor on Gastrointestinal Hormone and Oxidative Stress in Patients with Gastric Ulcer of Spleen-stomach Deficiency Syndrome

目的:探讨参三子养亲汤联合质子泵抑制剂对脾胃虚弱证胃溃疡患者胃肠激素及氧化应激的影响。方法:选择本院2018年8月—2021年4月收治的脾胃虚弱证胃溃疡患者78例作为研究对象,以随机1∶1分配原则将患者分为联合组与对照组,各39例。对照组给予质子泵抑制剂治疗,联合组在对照组治疗基础上给予参三子养亲汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效、胃黏膜分级、胃肠激素及实验室指标。结果:治疗后,联合组总有效率为97.4%,高于对照组的82.1%(P<0.05);联合组胃黏膜分级优于对照组(P<0.05);联合组血清胃泌素与胃动素含量高于对照组(P<0.05);联合组血清丙二醛与乳过氧化物酶含量低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参三子养亲汤联合质子泵抑制剂治疗脾胃虚弱证胃溃疡患者的效果显著,可有效缓解氧化应激,促进胃肠激素的分泌,并改善患者的胃黏膜分级状况。

Objective: To investigate the effect of Shensanzi Yangqin decoction combined with proton pump inhibitor on gastrointestinal hormones and oxidative stress in patients with gastric ulcer of spleen-stomach deficiency syndrome. Methods: A total of 78 patients with gastric ulcer of spleen-stomach deficiency syndrome admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to April 2021 were selected as subjects. The patients were divided into combined group and control group according to the principle of random 1 ∶ 1 distribution, with 39 cases in each group. The control group was treated with proton pump inhibitors, and the combined group was treated with Shensanzi Yangqin Decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group. The clinical efficacy, gastric mucosal grading, gastrointestinal hormones and laboratory indexes of the two groups were compared. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate of the combined group was 97.4%, which was higher than 82.1% of the control group(P<0.05). The gastric mucosal grading of the combined group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Serum gastrin and motilin levels in the combined group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum malondialdehyde and lactoperoxidase in the combined group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The effect of Shensanzi Yangqin Decoction combined with proton pump inhibitor in the treatment of gastric ulcer patients with spleen-stomach deficiency syndrome is remarkable, which can effectively relieve oxidative stress,promote the secretion of gastrointestinal hormones, and improve the gastric mucosal grading of patients.
