摘要
目的:探讨童趣化健康宣教配合舒适干预对肺炎患儿雾化吸入依从性及效果。方法:选择本院于2020年3月—2022年4月收治肺炎患者96例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法设为对照组及观察组,每组48例。两组患儿均行雾化吸入治疗,对照组予以常规护理措施,观察组予以童趣化健康宣教配合舒适干预,比较两组临床症状改善效果、雾化吸入依从性、患儿行为状态及家属满意度。结果:观察组咳嗽消失时间、气促消失时间、发热消失时间及肺啰音消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组雾化吸入高依从率为85.42%,高于对照组的62.50%(P<0.05);观察组护理后CBCL评分低于对照组,家属满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:雾化吸入肺炎患儿应用童趣化健康宣教配合舒适干预,可改善临床症状,提高雾化吸入依从性,且患者行为状态良好,家属满意度高。
Objective: To explore the compliance and effect of childlike health education combined with comfort intervention on aerosol inhalation in children with pneumonia. Methods: A total of 96 patients with pneumonia admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the study subjects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 48 cases in each group. The two groups of children were treated with atomization inhalation, the control group was given routine nursing measures, and the observation group was given childlike health education combined with comfortable intervention. The improvement effect of clinical symptoms, atomization inhalation compliance, children’s behavior status and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The disappearance time of cough, shortness of breath, fever and lung rale in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). The high compliance rate of atomization inhalation in the observation group was 85.42%, which was higher than 62.50% in the control group(P<0.05). The CBCL score of the observation group after nursing was lower than that of the control group, and the family satisfaction rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Children with atomized inhalation pneumonia can improve their clinical symptoms and compliance by applying childlike health education and comfort intervention, and their behavior is good and their families are satisfied.
