头盔式眼球运动训练联合云南白药对眼眶骨折术后视力恢复及疼痛缓解的效果

Effect of Helmet Eye Movement Training Combined with Yunnan Baiyao on Visual Recovery and Pain Relief After Orbital Fracture

目的:探讨头盔式眼球运动训练联合云南白药对眼眶骨折术后视力恢复及疼痛缓解的效果。方法:以随机抽签法将2020年3月—2021年4月我院收治的84例眼眶骨折患者分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。两组均行眼眶骨折修复术,对照组术后施以常规的眼球训练方法和抗炎、消肿治疗,观察组则给予头盔式眼球运动训练联合云南白药治疗。比较两组训练前和训练后1周、1个月、3个月的复视分级情况、静态立体视功能以及疼痛程度(VAS评分)。结果:观察组训练后1个月和3个月复视占比低于对照组,阳性占比高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组训练后1周、1个月、3个月VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:头盔式眼球运动训练联合云南白药能有效改善眼眶骨折患者术后的视功能水平,促进静态立体视功能的恢复,同时有利于减轻患者疼痛。

Objective: To investigate the effect of helmet-type eye movement training combined with Yunnan Baiyao on visual recovery and pain relief after orbital fracture. Methods: A total of 84 patients with orbital fractures admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to April 2021 were divided into two groups by random drawing, with 42 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with Orbital fracture repair. The control group was treated with conventional eye training methods, anti-inflammatory and detumescence treatment, while the observation group was treated with helmet-type eye movement training combined with Yunnan Baiyao. The diplopia classification, static stereoscopic function and pain level(VAS score) were compared between the two groups before training and at 1 week, 1 month, and 3 months after training. Results: The proportion of diplopia 1 month and 3 months after training in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the proportion of diplopia positive was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at 1 week, 1 month and 3 months after training, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Helmet eye movement training combined with Yunnan Baiyao can effectively improve the level of visual function in patients with orbital fracture after surgery, promote the recovery of static stereo vision function, and help reduce the pain of patients.
