真皮脂肪组织在兔鼻移植术中的应用

Application of dermal adipose tissues in rabbit nose transplantation

目的探讨真皮脂肪组织在兔鼻移植术中的应用效果。方法选取20只新西兰兔,在颈背部剥离出1.5 g的真皮脂肪组织,植入鼻背部分离出的腔隙中。在移植后2、4、8、12周取材,测定移植物质量,行HE染色、天狼星红染色和CD34免疫组化染色观察组织学变化。结果移植后2、4、8周,移植物留存质量和质量留存率逐渐降低(P<0.05),在移植后8周趋于稳定,与移植后12周相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。真皮脂肪细胞在移植后2周形态最好;随着时间进展,真皮脂肪细胞的形态逐渐不规则,胶原纤维增生并逐渐增多,有较多新生毛细血管形成。结论真皮脂肪组织可用于兔鼻移植术,具有安全、可靠和质量留存率稳定的优点。

Objective To investigate the effectiveness of dermal adipose tissues in rabbit nose transplantation.Methods A total of 1.5 g of dermal adipose tissues were removed from the back of the neck in twenty New Zealand rabbits,and implanted into the space separated from the back of the nose.The quality of graft was determined in the 2^(nd),4^(th),8^(th) and 12^(th) week after transplantation.The histological changes were observed by HE staining,Sirius red staining and CD34 immunohistochemical staining.Results The retention quality and quality retention rate were gradually decreased in the 2^(nd),4^(th),8^(th) week after transplantation(P<0.05),which were stable in the 8^(th) week after transplantation.The retention quality and quality retention rate were not signifiantly different in the 8^(th) and 12^(th) week after transplantation(P>0.05).The morphology of dermal adipocytes was the best in the 2^(nd) week after transplantation.As time goes on,the morphology of dermal adipocytes was gradually irregular,collagen fibers were proliferated and increased gradually,and more new blood capillaries were formed.Conclusion Dermal adipose tissues can be used for rabbit nose transplantation,with the advantages of safety,reliability and stable retention.
