摘要
本文以国内某主机厂装配时保险杠外罩尺寸偏大,作业过程中造成装配难的问题为例。通过调整保险杠外罩材料——改性聚丙烯的收缩率,制备3个不同梯度收缩率的保险杠(10‰、10.5‰、11‰)进行验证:从基本物性、水性涂料匹配性、尺寸精度及实车装配等多方面对改善效果进行综合确认。结果表明:11‰收缩率保险杠外罩的装配性能最好,能满足装配要求;10.5‰收缩率装配性次之,基本能满足装配要求;初始状态(10‰收缩率)装配性差,不满足装配要求。
In this paper,a domestic main engine factory assembly bumper cover size is too large,in the process of operation caused by difficult to install the problem as an example.By adjusting the shrinkage rate of the bumper cover material—modified polypropylene,three bumpers with different gradient shrinkage rates(10‰,10.5‰and 11‰)were prepared for verification,and the improvement effect was comprehensively confirmed from the aspects of basic physical properties,paint matching,dimensional accuracy and real vehicle assembly.The results show that the assembly performance of the bumper cover with 11‰shrinkage ratio is the best and can meet the assembly requirements.10.5‰shrinkage rate assembly is the next,which can basically meet the assembly requirements;The initial state(10‰shrinkage rate)is poor in assembly and does not meet the assembly requirements.
