摘要
汽车生产除了要求对生产信息进行追溯,还需要根据市场多样化需求进行高效率的可配置生产。传统的单纯依靠条码扫描及手动采集数据的方式无法满足生产需求。近年来,RFID作为一种非接触式的自动识别技术,有效实现信息传递功能,广泛应用于制造、物流等溯源领域。为了满足市场对于车辆配置多样化的需求,利用RFID技术应用于总装生产,以此为基础实现整车的全过程监控,包含车辆队列监控、产品信息可视化、设备程序自动选择、数据自动采集,最终实现总装车间的信息化和柔性生产。
In addition to traceability of production information, automobile production also needs to carry out efficient configurable production according to the diverse needs of the market. The traditional method of scanning bar code and collecting data manually cannot meet the production demand. In recent years, RFID, as a non-contact automatic identification technology, effectively realizes the function of information transfer, and is widely used in traceability fields such as manufacturing and logistics. In order to meet the market demand for diversified vehicle configuration, RFID technology is applied to the assembly production, based on which the whole process monitoring of the vehicle is realized,including vehicle queue monitoring, product information visualization, automatic selection of equipment programs, automatic data collection, and finally the informatization and flexible production of the final assembly shop are realized.
