摘要
随着自动驾驶技术的进步,越来越多主机厂选择把智能驾驶的配置进行下探,生产线需要对毫米波雷达进行标定的次数激增,因此迫切需要提升下线标定合格率来满足生产节拍。本文介绍了若干提升车载智能驾驶毫米波雷达产线标定合格率的方法,包括雷达安装位置的尺寸链核算,整车关联件的技术要求,标定场地和标定设备的技术要求,以及毫米波雷达的技术要求,可有效提升标定合格率,具有较高的实用价值。
With the advancement of autonomous driving technology,more and more automobile manufacturing companies choose to promote the configuration of intelligent driving,which needs to increase the number of times for millimeter-wave radar calibration.Therefore,it is urgent to improve the qualification rate of calibration to meet the takt time.This paper introduces several methods to improve the qualification rate of millimeter-wave radar calibration,including the dimension chain calculation of the radar installation position,the technical requirements of vehicle related parts,the technical requirements of the calibration site and calibration equipment,and the technical requirements of millimeter-wave radar.According to this paper,we can effectively improve the calibration qualification rate.
