点焊是汽车钣金件中的重要连接方式之一,构成白车身的大部分工件都是通过点焊的方式连接在一起的,其中焊点质量决定着白车身的强度,是整车重点管理的项目之一;同时点焊缺陷极容易漏检流入市场,引发异响断裂等市场投诉,因此消除焊点缺陷尤为重要。本文通过介绍点焊原理、分析点焊缺陷发生的原因,归纳出部分点焊缺陷的管理方法。

Spot welding is one of the most important connection methods in automobile sheet metal parts.Most of the parts that make up the body-in-white(BIW)are held together by spot welding.The quality of solder joint determines the strength of the BIW,which is one of the key management projects of the vehicle.At the same time,spot welding defects are easy flow into the market because of missed inspection,which will cause market complains,such as abnormal knocking,cracking and so on.Therefore,it is particularly important to eliminate the defects of spot welding.This study introduces the principles of spot welding,analyzes the reasons of spot welding defects,and finally concludes parts of methods for controlling spot welding defects.
