摘要
为了解河北省某地鼠类及其携带病原体情况,以及为防止鼠类传疾病提供依据,在该地采用器械捕鼠,进行种类鉴定。采集鼠类肾脏,采用PCR方法检测鼠疫耶尔森氏菌、伯氏疏螺旋体、肾综合征出血热病毒、钩端螺旋体、巴尔通体5种病原体。2021年10月共捕获8只鼠类,分别为褐家鼠和小家鼠,平均密度为4.11%。5只鼠检出携带病原体阳性,检出率62.50%,其中检出肾综合征出血热病毒(汉城型)阳性2只,检出率25.00%;检出巴尔通体阳性2只,检出率25.00%;检出钩端螺旋体阳性1只,检出率12.50%;其余病原体未检出。该地鼠类密度和携带病原体检出率均较高,应采取灭鼠措施加以控制。
This study aims to grasp the situation of the rodents and the pathogens carried by them in an area in Hebei Province,and provide evidence for preventing rodent-borne diseases. The rodents were captured by traps in the area to identify the species. The kidneys of rodents were collected to detect Yersinia pestis, Borrelia burgdorferi, Hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome virus(HFRSV), Leptospirosis and Bartonella by PCR methods. A total of 8 rodents were captured in October, 2021, belonging to the categories of Rattus norvegicus and Mus musculus, with an average density of 4.11%. Five rodents were detected pathogen-positive with a detection rate of 62.50%, including 2 rodents detected positively with HFRSV(Seoul virus, SEOV) with a detection rate of 25.00%,2 rodents with Bartonella with a detection rate of 25.00% and 1 rodent with Leptospirosis with a detection rate of 12.50%. The remaining pathogens were not detected. It is shown that the densities of rodents and the positive rate of pathogens carried by them are higher in this area, and thus rodent control measures should be taken.
