摘要
芬太尼类化合物自其合成以来面临着严重的滥用及致死问题。随着新合成的芬太尼类化合物越来越多,对其快速筛查分析的需求也越来越高。鉴于此,本文综述了芬太尼类化合物的结构特征,并通过1H-NMR图谱共性特征进行了总结筛查研究,为快速识别芬太尼类化合物提供了实验依据和方法,对加强芬太尼类化合物管制具有重要意义。
Since its synthesis, fentanyl derivatives have faced with serious abuse and lethal problems. With more and more fentanyl derivatives being synthesized, the demand for their rapid screening and analysis is growing. In view of this, this paper summarizes the structural characteristics of fentanyl derivatives, and conducts the screening studies through the common characteristics of the 1H-NMR spectra, which provides experimental basis and methods for rapid identification of fentanyl derivatives,and is of great significance for strengthening the control of fentanyl derivatives.
