基于“火郁”理论探讨“发之”治法学研究

Therapeutic method of“dissipation”based on theory of“fire stagnation”

在中医病机学原理的指导下,借鉴古医籍中对“火郁发之”理论的论述,通过对代表方剂栀子豉汤、升降散、升阳散火汤及泻黄散的理法方药分析,探讨“火郁发之”理论的治法学特点。火郁宜发之,临床上常采用升散、宣散、透达、疏导、清热及辛开苦降等治则治法,运用中医思维解析中医理论,通过对“火郁”理论的深入研究,拓宽“发之”的含义,以便更好地指导临床实践。附验案1则,以资验证。

This paper discusses the characteristics of therapeutic method of the theory“fire stagnation should be dissipated”by analyzing the principles,methods,formulas and medicinals of representative prescriptions,such as Zhizichi Tang(栀子豉汤),Shengjiang San(升降散),Shengyang Sanhuo Tang(升阳散火汤)and Xiehuang San(泻黄散),under the guidance of the pathogenesis principle of Chinese medicine,using the theory of“fire stagnation should be dissipated”in ancient medical books for reference.“Fire stagnation should be dissipated”,clinically,which often uses the therapeutic principles and methods of ascending dissipation,dispersing dissipation,outthrusting,dredging,clearing away heat,relieving pain and pungency dispersing while bitterness descending.The traditional Chinese medicine theory is analyzed by using traditional Chinese medicine thinking.Through the in-depth study of the theory of it,the meaning of“dissipation”is broadened,so as to better guide clinical practice.One case is attached for verification.
