循经温通刮痧法结合康复训练治疗痉挛型脑瘫伴疼痛患儿27例临床观察

Clinical observation on 27 cases of pain in spastic cerebral palsy children treated by warming-promotion cutaneous scraping along meridian manipulation combined with rehabilitation training

目的观察循经温通刮痧法结合康复训练治疗痉挛型脑瘫伴疼痛患儿的临床疗效。方法选取2020年8—12月在广州中医药大学附属南海妇产儿童医院儿童康复科住院部及门诊治疗的痉挛型脑瘫伴疼痛的患儿54例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各27例。对照组予常规康复训练,治疗组在对照组常规康复训练的基础上采用循经温通刮痧治疗,2组均治疗3周后统计疗效。结果治疗前,2组的Wong-Baker面部表情疼痛量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性;治疗后,2组的上述评分均较同组治疗前显著降低(P<0.01),且治疗组降低更显著(P<0.01)。治疗组的满意度为92.59%(25/27),显著高于对照组的55.56%(15/27),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论循经温通刮痧法结合康复训练治疗痉挛型脑瘫伴疼痛患儿,可明显缓解因肌张力高导致的疼痛,且家长满意度高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of warming-promotion cutaneous scraping along meridian manipulation combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of pain in spastic cerebral palsy(CP)children.Methods From October to December in 2020,54 cases of pain in spastic CP children treated in inpatient service and outpatient department of children rehabilitation department of Nanhai Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital Affiliated to Guangzhou Hospital of TCM were chosen and divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,with 27 cases in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation exercise,on this basis,the treatment group was given warming-promotion cutaneous scraping along meridian manipulation.The efficacy was assessed after the 2 groups were both treated for consecutive 3weeks.Results Before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant in Wong-Baker face pain rating scale between the 2 groups(P>0.05),indicating comparability.After treatment,the score of Wong-Baker face pain rating scale in 2 group was significantly decreased than those in the same group before treatment(P<0.01),moreover,the decrease was more significant in the treatment(P<0.01).The satisfactory degree was 92.59%(25/27)in the treatment group,which was significantly higher than 55.56%(15/27)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant between the 2 groups(P<0.01).Conclusion Warming-promotion cutaneous scraping along meridian manipulation combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of pain in spastic CP children can markedly alleviate the pain caused by high muscular tension,with high parental satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
