Analysis on Relationship Between Helium Consumption and Economic Development

针对氦气这种重要的战略资源以及国民经济的重要战略物资,通过分析产氦大国美国历年氦气消耗量与经济发展之间的密切关系,分析全球氦气消耗与经济发展之间的密切关系,分析我国从2005年以来氦气消耗量与经济发展的密切关系,揭示了氦气消耗与国民经济发展的内在联系。在此基础上分析了我国潜在的氦资源与开发前景,提出了从政策层面、技术层面和战略层面加快推进构建我国氦气保障抗风险体系的建议。

Aiming at helium,an important strategic resource and an important strategic material of the national economy,this paper analyzes the close relationship between helium consumption and economic development in the United States,a major helium producing country over the years,the close relationship between global helium consumption and economic development,and the close relationship between helium consumption and economic development in China since 2005,showing the internal relationship between helium consumption and national economic development.On this basis,the potential helium resources and development prospects in China are analyzed,and suggestions on accelerating the construction of China's helium supply anti risk system from the policy level,technical level and strategic level are put forward.
