摘要
GADD45蛋白是参与DNA损伤修复的重要基因之一,在响应毒性和非毒性应激过程中可快速上调,并在细胞周期调控、DNA损伤修复及细胞信号转导过程中发挥重要作用。研究显示,GADD45蛋白在组织及细胞中广泛表达,其表达异常与肿瘤发展息息相关,在肿瘤进展过程中,GADD45蛋白连接多种细胞信号模块,参与调节包括细胞增殖、侵袭与迁移以及血管生成等在内的肿瘤生长;影响肿瘤的放疗抵抗及化疗耐药;同时也影响肿瘤患者的总体生存率。本文就近年来GADD45蛋白在肿瘤中的作用进行了总结。
GADD45 is one of the important genes involved in DNA damage repair.It can be rapidly upregulated in response to toxic and non-toxic stress,and it plays an important role in cell cycle regulation,DNA damage repair and cell signal transduction.The research results have shown that GADD45 protein is widely expressed in tissues and cells,and its abnormal expression is closely related to tumor development.In the process of tumor progression,GADD45 protein connects a variety of cell signal modules,participates in the regulation of tumor growth,including cell proliferation,invasion,migration,and angiogenesis.It affects tumor radiation resistance and chemotherapy resistance,and also affects the overall survival rate of tumor patients.In this paper,the role of GADD45 protein in tumor was summarized.
