摘要
卵巢癌、宫颈癌及子宫内膜癌是妇科最常见的三种恶性肿瘤,严重威胁着女性生命健康和生活质量,其中卵巢癌恶性度最高,宫颈癌发病率最高,而子宫内膜癌发病率有上升趋势。妇科癌症的发生与年龄、激素、饮食营养、病毒感染、代谢紊乱等因素相关,目前治疗方案主要包括手术、放疗和化疗。维持胆固醇稳态是机体正常工作的必要前提,大量研究报道了胆固醇代谢在妇科肿瘤发生发展中的作用,高胆固醇水平往往与肿瘤的高分级、扩散、化疗药物耐药、更差预后等密切联系。因此,深入研究胆固醇代谢在妇科恶性肿瘤中的作用机制,将在妇科癌症的预防、早期诊断及肿瘤耐药等方面具有重要指导意义。
Ovarian cancer,cervical cancer and endometrial cancer are the three most common malignant tumors in gynecology,which seriously threaten women's health and quality of life.Among them,the malignant degree of ovarian cancer is the highest,and the incidence of cervical cancer is the highest,while the incidence of endometrial cancer is on the rise.The occurrence of gynecological cancer is related to factors such as age,hormones,diet and nutrition,viral infections,metabolic disorders and other factors,and the current treatment options mainly include surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Cholesterol homeostasis is necessary for the normal functioning of the system,and it has been frequently reported that cholesterol metabolism regulates the oncogenesis and progression of gynecological tumors.More precisely,higher cholesterol level is closely related to higher-grade malignancy,metastatic disease,chemo-resistance and worse prognosis.Therefore,an in-depth study on the mechanism of cholesterol metabolism in gynecological malignant tumors will have important guiding significance in the prevention,early diagnosis and drug resistance of gynecological cancers.
