无抽搐电休克疗法联合喹硫平治疗双相情感障碍的临床效果研究

Clinical effect of non-convulsive electroconvulsive therapy combined with quetiapine in the treatment of bipolar disorder

目的 分析探究无抽搐电休克疗法联合喹硫平治疗双相情感障碍的临床效果研究。方法 选取2019年7月~2021年7月本院收治双相情感障碍患者80例并进行随机分组,对照组给予喹硫平治疗,试验组给予无抽搐电休克疗法联合喹硫平治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效、认知功能。结果 两组治疗前HAMD评分、BRMS评分比较差异不显著(P> 0.05);治疗后,两组患者HAMD评分、BRMS评分显著低于治疗前,且试验组HAMD评分、BRMS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);对照组不良反应发生率为15.00%(6/40),试验组17.50%(7/40)相近,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 无抽搐电休克疗法联合喹硫平治疗双相情感障碍的临床疗效显著,可改善患者的认知功能,安全有效。

Objective To analyze and explore the clinical effect of non-convulsive electroconvulsive therapy combined with quetiapine in the treatment of bipolar disorder.Methods 80 patients with bipolar disorder admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to July 2021 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with quetiapine,and the experimental group was treated with modified electroconvulsive therapy combined with quetiapine.The clinical efficacy and cognitive function of the two groups were compared.ResuIts There was no significant difference in HAMD score and BRMS score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the HAMD score and BRMS score in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the HAMD score and BRMS score in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group.(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 15.00%(6/40),which was similar to 17.50%(7/40)in the experimental group,and the difference was not statistically significant(χ2=0.088,P=0.766>0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of modified electroconvulsive therapy combined with quetiapine in the treatment of bipolar disorder is remarkable,which can improve the cognitive function of patients,safe and effective.
